HOME OF TITANS HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAMS FOR SOUTHERN ONTARIO
Titans Volleyball Association is bringing together top athletes from across the GTA to form a high performance team at the 16U girls, 17U girls, and 18U girls age group – Titans Apex.
Titans Apex is designed to offer a high-performance experience that goes beyond the traditional club volleyball model. These teams are built for athletes who are driven, committed, and aligned in their pursuit of excellence.
Our focus is on creating an environment where performance and development are maximized through access to industry-leading training tools and technology. Apex athletes will also gain exposure to a global level of training, working with coaches from around the world through planned international training camps. Combined with competition at top tournaments across North America, the program is built to challenge, develop, and prepare athletes for USport, NCAA, and professional volleyball opportunities
The goal of the Apex program is to work collectively to train athletes in the 3 pillars of performance: technical, tactical, mental and physical training. This will be supported by a supportive and knowledgeable coaching staff and world class training environment at the Forge – Titans new home of high performance. Athletes will benefit from features such as built in video review technology on every court, a fully integrated strength and conditioning program, and advanced load management systems to track and optimize performance, and so much more.
The Apex Teams will act as the perfect addition to the current Titans Volleyball Association structure, while increasing what peak performance means to us and participating athletes.

How will APEX be different from a regular REP Program?
We’re excited to extend the boundaries of typical rep programs for the Apex High Performance Program. First and foremost, the Apex teams will operate out of a dedicated facility – The Forge. This facility will have state-of-the-art equipment from flooring to nets, and everything in between. The Forge will be home to the program’s in-house strength and conditioning space with the proper equipment needed to propel athletes into a new level of excellence.
We will be integrating training technology both on and off the court to give athletes access to information needed to improve.We will also be prioritizing an international experience with the goal of exposing athletes to diverse coaching, training-styles, and game-play.

How does this fit into Titans Volleyball Association’s current East, West, and North regional structure?
This program brings together the best of all regions while removing traditional regional boundaries. TVA’s current structure will remain, with East, West, and North regions continuing to build strong teams of all age-groups. Titans Apex will act as an addition to our current teams. With one U16, U17, and U18 team, the program will be highly focused on collaboration between the Apex teams and coaches for maximum exposure and experience.
Who is APEX available to, and how can I get involved?
Titans Apex will be offered for 16U, 17U, and 18U girls. Athletes in these age groups across the GTA and beyond are invited to reach out to coaches using the form above if you believe this program would be a good fit for you! For more questions, you can contact your coaches directly.

Will there be an Apex Team for boys?
We will not be offering a boys team in the Apex high performance program at this time.
What is the Forge?
The Forge is the Titans Volleyball Association’s new facility and home of high performance. Located at 130 Racco Parkway, the facility intersects major arteries of the GTA to extend accessibility to a broader range of athletes. Learn More

What is the cost?
Titans Apex team pricing will reflect the elevated offering of the program, which recognizes the significant depth of training the athletes will receive.
