This is the perfect way for young athletes looking to dive into the exciting world of volleyball. Look no further than our Heroes program! For those absolutely new to volleyball, we’ll introduce you to the sport, equip you with essential skills, and, most importantly, ensure you have a blast in a high-energy environment. And for return players, they’ll improve their skill levels, understand introductory volleyball strategy and of course – have lots of fun.

What you can expect

Physical Literacy and Fundamental Skills: We focus on building physical literacy and fundamental movement skills, providing a solid foundation for your volleyball journey.

Learning the Basics: You’ll learn all the basic skills necessary to play a full game of volleyball, from serving and passing to setting and spiking.

Fun-Filled Sessions: Heroes sessions are designed to be enjoyable and engaging, featuring a mix of games and activities tailored to build your skills and boost your confidence.
