Youth Volleyball Coach – Join Our Team!

We are a community-focused volleyball program dedicated to fostering a love of the sport while building confidence, teamwork, and skill in young athletes. Our mission is to create a safe, fun, and inclusive environment where youth can thrive both on and off the court.
Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and positive Youth Volleyball Coaches to lead engaging training sessions, mentor players, and support our youth development programs. You don’t need to be a volleyball expert — if you love working with kids and bringing energy to the court, we’ll provide all the training and certification you need.
Key Responsibilities
Lead fun, age-appropriate volleyball drills, games, and skill-building activities (plans provided).
Create a welcoming and encouraging team environment.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow staff.
Ensure safety and supervision at all times.
Serve as a role model, promoting sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working with children or youth in any setting (coaching, teaching, camps, recreation, etc.).
Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliability.
Ability to engage and motivate young athletes.
