Titans Volleyball Association Refund Policy

Effective Date – Programs registered on or after August 5th 2025

At Titans Volleyball Association, we strive to provide high-quality programs and excellent service. We understand that sometimes plans change, and our refund policy aims to be fair while supporting the continued operation of our programs.

Refund Guidelines

  • Refund Timing
    Refund eligibility is determined based on the time the request is received, not when it is reviewed by our staff. Please ensure your request is submitted in writing as soon as possible to be considered within the appropriate time frame.

  • Before the Program Starts
    Refunds requested before the official start of the program are subject to a 10% processing fee.

  • After the Program Starts
    Refunds requested after the program has begun will be prorated based on the number of remaining sessions at the time of the request. A 10% processing fee will still apply.

  • Program Cancellations (by Titans)
    If a program is canceled by Titans, participants will receive a full refund with no processing fee applied.

  • Exceptional Circumstances
    In the event of a medical issue or family emergency, Titans staff may choose to waive the processing fee at their discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.

 

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@titansvolleyball.ca for program refunds, or houseleague@titansvolleyball.ca for House Legaue Refunds. Be sure to include:

  • Participant’s full name
  • Program name
  • Registration confirmation number
  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
