This five week intensive program designed for rep level athletes delivers high-performance training providing players with advanced technical instruction and lots of repitition resulting in elevated performance and confidence.
Training takes place at The Humberwood Centre (850 Humberwood Blvd) on the following Mondays: July 7, July 14, July 21, July 28 and August 11.
Please Note: This training is for Rep Volleyball Players ONLY.
13U – 15U ~ 7:00-8:00pm
16U – 18U ~ 8:00-9:00pm
