Do you have any words to share about your Titans experience? What impact did playing for the Titans have on you and your life?  

Playing for the titans was the best decision I made during my club career. I joined into a team that had been playing together since they were 12u and they welcomed me with open arms and treated me like family without hesitation. I was supported by coaches who believed in me and pushed me to become the best version of myself both on and off the court. It really was such an epic experience being a part of that team.

What would you say to a younger athlete considering joining the club?

Try to enjoy every moment of it. The early morning drives to tournaments, the late night practices, the hotel stays with your team. Just try your best to have as much fun as possible. Be a good teammate, work hard, and have fun while you’re doing it.

Did the club experience help prepare you for future academics, careers, or athletics?

It was my first experience of ‘time management’ and I think through that it taught me how to balance all of the ways in which life can pull you.
Without the experience of playing club I definitely would not have been prepared for the time management skills that were required while playing varsity volleyball and academically keeping up with first year university.

 If you had to describe your time with the club in three words, what would they be?

Family, Growth & Underdogs (+FUN)
